Terms of Service

1. What this is
px-bot.com ("the Platform", "we", "us") provides hosted websites, Discord bots, in-game shops, and leaderboard tracking for ARK: Survival Ascended communities. A "Server Owner" is anyone who subscribes to run a site through the Platform for their Discord community. A "Player" is anyone using a site the Platform hosts — browsing leaderboards, using the shop, or linking their Discord account.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Discord OAuth. We rely on Discord's own identity — we don't issue separate passwords and we don't see your Discord password. You're responsible for anything that happens through your linked Discord account while it has access to the Platform.
3. Subscriptions & access
Server Owners get access to their site's admin dashboard and features while their subscription is active. If a subscription lapses, the public site is shown as locked to visitors — nothing is deleted, and access is restored automatically once the subscription is renewed. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are arranged directly, currently via our Discord ( https://discord.gg/EMYWJJdnw4).
4. Payments
In-game shop purchases are processed through Stripe, PayPal, or Tip4Serv, depending on what a Server Owner has configured for their site. We never see or store your full card number — that's handled entirely by the payment processor. Purchases are for virtual/in-game items and delivered through the relevant ARK server; we're not responsible for a game server's uptime or a third-party game host's behavior.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the shop, leaderboard, or payment systems.
- Use the Platform to harass other players or Discord communities.
- Attempt to access another Server Owner's dashboard or data without authorization.
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Platform's services.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, at our discretion.
6. Server Owner responsibilities
If you run a site through the Platform, you're responsible for your own Discord server's rules and moderation, the RCON/server credentials you provide to connect your ARK servers, and any content (shop items, kit descriptions, branding) you configure. We provide the infrastructure; you run your community.
7. No warranty
The Platform is provided "as is." We do our best to keep leaderboards accurate and the shop reliable, but ARK server logs, third-party hosting (Nitrado and others), and payment processors are outside our direct control, and occasional errors or downtime can happen.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the Platform changes. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
